Cancellation Policy
Due to the popularity of our services and as a courtesy to the staff and other guests, we require a minimum 48 hours advance notice of appointment cancellations or changes. Appointments canceled or changed after the notification period will result in a cancellation fee of $50.
Refund Policy
Results are variable from person to person. We do our best to achieve the best outcome but it cannot be guaranteed. Clients are responsible for the cost of additional treatments or products to get the desired results.

MDerm welcomes guests of all ages; however, some services may require parental release before the service can be rendered on those under the age of 18.
